For over 40 years, Severino Pasta Company has been the place to find authentic, artisanal pasta hand made with only the freshest ingredients. Our family story began in a small kitchen in 1971 when Joseph and Anna Maria Severino started making 100% Semolina flour pasta unsurpassed in texture, color, and quality.
