Vegetarian Cauliflower Gnocchi Bolognese


  • 1lb Severino Cauliflower Gnocchi
  • 1lb Severino Fra Diavolo Sauce
  • 1lb of Ground Beyond Meat
  • Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • Basil
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Start Boiling water
  2. Add oil to saute and brown your Beyond MeatĀ  Once fully cooked add your spicy red tomato sauce Simmer on low heat and stir occasionally
  3. Once water is at a rolling boil add your salt Carefully drop in your Gnocchi and Stir Let cook until noodles start to float
  4. Scoop onto your plate and add your Veggie Bolognese sauce Top with a few whole basil leavesĀ  Drizzle extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Add your grated parm
