Tuscan Tortellini Pasta Salad

Cooking for a crowd? This colorful pasta salad is the perfect dish for any tailgate, pool party, or lake day. Swing by the pasta shop or your local Whole Foods to pick up some of our fresh tortellini to start cooking!


  • 1 lb of Severino Tri Color Tortellini
  • 8 oz of Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup of Pitted Kalamata Olives
  • 1/2 cup of Sundried Tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. of Italian Dressing


  1. Cook the tri-colored tortellini in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes or until they float to the surface. Once cooked, drain and run under cool water until the pasta is cool to the touch.
  2. Chop the Kalamata olives, julienne the sundried tomatoes, and crumble the feta cheese.
  3. Toss the cooled tortellini with Italian dressing. Then mix in the olives, tomatoes, and feta. Chill until ready to serve.
