  • 1lb Severino Purple Sweet Potato Gnocchi
  • 1 bunch Broccolini
  • 1 bunch Carrots
  • 1 jar Tahini
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Basil
  • Parsley
  • Crushed Red Pepper
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Start boiling your water
  2. Veggies: Marinate your veggies in olive oil, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper Get the grill going on high heat and add the veggies Leave for 7-10 minutes until colorful and charred Add to plate whole for a rustic look or chop for easy eating
  3. Sauce: In a small bowl add Tahini, Squeeze and stir in the juice of half a Lemon, Finely mince Garlic and fold in Chop Parsley and mix Wait until pasta is finished to top off
  4. Pasta: Once water is at a rolling boil add your salt Carefully drop in your Gnocchi and Stir Let cook until noodles start to float Scoop onto your plate and drizzle your Tahini sauce
