Steps
- Start boiling your water
- Veggies: Marinate your veggies in olive oil, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper Get the grill going on high heat and add the veggies Leave for 7-10 minutes until colorful and charred Add to plate whole for a rustic look or chop for easy eating
- Sauce: In a small bowl add Tahini, Squeeze and stir in the juice of half a Lemon, Finely mince Garlic and fold in Chop Parsley and mix Wait until pasta is finished to top off
