  • 1lb Severino Vegan Broccoli Cheddar Gnocchi
  • 1 Container Portobello Mushrooms
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Start Boiling water
  2. Chop and Sautee mushrooms and garlic over medium heat Once fully cooked add your Alfredo sauce and let simmer
  3. Once water is at a rolling boil add your salt Carefully drop in your Gnocchi and Stir Let cook until noodles start to float
  4. Scoop onto your plate and add heaps of creamy mushroom sauce Top with chopped parsley  Salt and pepper to taste
