- 1lb Severino Vegan Broccoli Cheddar Gnocchi
- 1 Container Portobello Mushrooms
- 1 Clove Garlic
- Parsley
- Salt & Pepper
Steps
- Start Boiling water
- Chop and Sautee mushrooms and garlic over medium heat Once fully cooked add your Alfredo sauce and let simmer
- Once water is at a rolling boil add your salt Carefully drop in your Gnocchi and Stir Let cook until noodles start to float
- Scoop onto your plate and add heaps of creamy mushroom sauce Top with chopped parsley Salt and pepper to taste
