ABC 123 Homemade Red Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Small Severino Whole Peeled Tomato Jar
  • 3 tablespoons Severino Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1lb Severino ABC 123 Pasta
  • Parmesan Cheese to top

Steps

  1. In a medium pot, bring salted water to a boil.
  2. Add Severino EVOO & Whole Peeled Tomatoes to saucepan at low heat.
  3. With a spoon, slowly crush the warm tomatoes until your desired sauce consistency is formed. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Once water reaches a boil, add Severino ABC123 and cook fro 8-10 minutes. When pasta is cooked, add to saucepan.
  5. Stir pasta with homemade red sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and enjoy.
