Overview

Severino Pasta is seeking an experienced retail Sales Associate for a full time position to join our growing company. Hours are Tuesday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. Must be able to work occasional Sundays

Job Duties include:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Following and maintaining all food safety and sanitation protocol as well as keeping a clean work environment
• Assisting in product merchandising, food presentation, and product replenishment
• Assisting in daily store set up and shut down
• Accurately ringing up customer sales in the register
• Demonstrating knowledge of the product and menu
• Taking customer orders
• Building and fulfilling customer orders to menu specifications
• Operating deli slicer and pasta cutting machines

Qualifications include:

• Experience in the food industry
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to speak, read and write English
• Must be able to multi-task to complete objectives under pressure
• Must be able to stand and walk continuously for 4 hour shifts
• Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs
