Slice frozen sausage into small pieces, about 1/2 inch wide. Add sliced sausage into a medium sized skillet along with a drizzle of olive oil. Simmer on low until the sausage is cooked (allow sausage to become golden brown on edges)
Right before the sausage is done cooking, add the jar of Polli Roasted Peppers to mixture. Stir
When sausage is fully cooked, take the mixture off of the heat. Add the small jar of Severino Whole Peeled tomatoes and mix well.
In a medium pot, bring salted water to a boil. Once water reaches a rolling boil, add the Severino Tortelloni. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add Severino Tortelloni to sausage, pepper & tomato mixture.
Top with parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Serve hot or cold and enjoy!
