Cacio e Pepe

Ingredients

  • 1lb Severino Tonnarelli
  • 1 container Severino Cacio e Pepe Sauce
  • Parmesan cheese to top
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to top

Steps

  1. In a medium pot, bring salted water to a boil.
  2. While waiting for the water to boil, defrost the Severino Cacio e Pepe sauce in a large saucepan.
  3. Once water reaches a rolling boil, add the Severino Tonnarelli. Stir pasta for 1 minute and then continue cooking for 2-3 minutes. Make sure that Cacio e Pepe sauce is completely defrosted before adding the Tonnarelli to water.
  4. When pasta is fully cooked, use tongs to strain the Tonnarelli and add to the Cacio e Pepe saucepan. If needed, add some pasta water to the sauce mixture.
  5. Top with parmesan cheese and fresh cracked black pepper! Enjoy.
