Ingredients
- 1 pack Martins Mild Chicken Italian Sausage
- 1 jar Polli Roasted Peppers
- 1 small jar Severino Whole Peeled Tomatoes
- 1lb Severino 4 Cheese Tortelloni
- Parmesan cheese & fresh basil to top
Steps
- Slice frozen sausage into small pieces, about 1/2 inch wide. Add sliced sausage into a medium sized skillet along with a drizzle of olive oil. Simmer on low until the sausage is cooked (allow sausage to become golden brown on edges)
- Right before the sausage is done cooking, add the jar of Polli Roasted Peppers to mixture. Stir
- When sausage is fully cooked, take the mixture off of the heat. Add the small jar of Severino Whole Peeled tomatoes and mix well.
- In a medium pot, bring salted water to a boil. Once water reaches a rolling boil, add the Severino Tortelloni. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Add Severino Tortelloni to sausage, pepper & tomato mixture.
- Top with parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Serve hot or cold and enjoy!
