For over 35 years, Severino Pasta Company has been the place to find authentic, artisanal pasta hand made with only the freshest ingredients. Our family story began in a small kitchen in 1971 when Joseph and Anna Maria Severino started making 100% Semolina flour pasta unsurpassed in texture, color, and quality.

One of our most exciting partnerships is with Whole Foods Markets. We first began distributing a few of our products in local Whole Foods a number of years ago, and our relationship quickly grew to include our full line of pastas and sauces.

Whole Foods has such a strong committment to supporting local businesses that when they approached us with the idea of setting up a mini Severino Pasta Company within their stores, we immediately knew that this was an opportunity that we wanted to explore. Following the success of the store in West Orange, Whole Foods has launched a number of Severino Pasta Shops in their stores all up the East Coast.
