For over 35 years, Severino Pasta Company has been the place to find authentic, artisanal pasta hand made with only the freshest ingredients. Our family story began in a small kitchen in 1971 when Joseph and Anna Maria Severino started making 100% Semolina flour pasta unsurpassed in texture, color, and quality.
Our Retail Location
We've owned and operated our shop in Westmont, NJ for over 35 years, and to this day, Severino's continues to be a family tradition with three generations running the day to day operations of the family business.

Our retail store says everything about our family philosophy - all of our products are handmade, freshly made, and contain only the finest ingredients. The products we carry in our retail store are either made by the Severino family or made by companies with a story similar to ours - they're committed to authenticity, freshness, and the artisanal tradition of great food. We have a wide selection of Severino Pasta (from freshly cut tagliatelle to our handmade frozen ravioli), Sauces (traditional red, white, and pesto sauces), Cheeses (over 200 soft and hard artisinal cheeses, aged and handmade), freshly made Breads, Oils, and prepared foods.
